This grant program, administered by the State Commission on Environmental Quality, seeks to support the deployment of new technologies that reduce emissions from facilities and other stationary sources in Texas. Projects allowed under the grant include advanced clean energy projects, projects reducing emissions of regulated pollutants, projects reducing emissions from oil and gas production, and projects associated with electricity storage. The program prioritizes projects that “include the use of solar, wind, or other renewable energy sources.”
